As reported last month, we will no longer be having our regular noodle soup gathering. Instead, we are going to be having monthly workshops to fund raise for outreach programs which have been growing steadily over the past few months.
Our first workshop theme will be: Pranayama – The breath of life for life facilitated by Fazilah Bazari
Fazilah is a qualified and experienced Yoga instructor and is certified by the British Wheel of Yoga, UK. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has been teaching internationally for 10 years. She has traveled extensively and has spent a lot of time at the Bihar School of Yoga, India, where she learned the entire aspect of Yoga as a philosophy and as a lifestyle. Fazilah is also a Certified NLP Master /Hypnotherapist/Energy Resourcing Practitioner and an accredited Journey practitioner
The day will start with yoga class at 10am then continue with the workshop thereafter. Come and get to learn more on how you can use pranayama in your daily routine
Date: 21st Jan 2012
Cost: Kshs 1,500 (Ksh 700 for those who only want to do yoga)
Lunch : Ksh 300 (on request only)
All monies collected goes towards outreach work. By attending and participating, you are contributing to under-privileged children and youth, orphaned children affected by HIV and more to be receiving regular yoga classes and journey processes for their complete healing and transformation. If you don’t do it, who else will? Look forward to seeing many of you. Blessings! Visit: www.holisticommunity.com/blog/community to read about the work
