She has among others studied with Master Del Pe (Founder of Esocen and Glocen) in Mozambique and China, Brandon Bays (the founder of The Journey) and Faizel Hassan in South Africa, Holland and Australia, with Reiki Master, Galema Chothia (founder of Inner Connection and School of Energy Medicine in Mozambique), and with NLP Trainer Karin Masnicza- Etarukot I.P. Apart from the holistic studies she has a background in Auditing (MBA and CPA), Teaching and Managing within various sectors, from where she has a deep and strong knowledge of a variety of business sectors on all levels.

In Kenya Martine works with meditation in a variety of forms on a 1-on-1 level as well as on a group level. The main part of her time is at the moment dedicated to voluntarily and in cooperation with youth groups working with raising the consciousness in the poorest areas in and around Nairobi. Since November 2008 they have reached app 400 people with meditations in the areas of Kangemi, Kawangware, Kariobangi, Dandora, Mathare, and Kahaua.

The results are amazing. The people she has worked with have found a deep transformation taking place (please see testimonials below), from doing the meditations and follow up talks on the meditation and on relevant topics (emotions, forgiveness, judgement etc.), and it is a transformation coming from the individual from within.

The Journey:

The Journey (www.thejourney.com) is really a journey in your own life and growth and as a certified journey practitioner Martine can offer a variety of meditations with different focus areas. Each process can be guided on its own or can be combined in a designer process to fit your exact needs for that session. Among the meditations are:

  • Physical Journey Process
  • Emotional Journey Process
  • Life`s Purpose Process
  • No Ego Process
  • Phobia Cure
  • Vow and/or Belief Change Process
  • Meditation for change in addictions or unwanted behavioural patters

In a private session you will be able to work on exactly what you find is right for you in that moment in time through a Designer Journey Process which will work on several elements in one process, specially designed during the process as it flows. Or you can work with a specific issue through one of the shorter journey meditations mentioned above.

The various elements that can be worked with in a meditation process and usually several of the elements will be worked with during one meditation process:

  • Emotional healing: Freeing yourself from old emotional baggage and stored pain that has held you back, maybe even for years.
  • Physical healing: -Uncovering old cell memories, clearing them completely and allowing healing to begin.
  • Changing old vows or old beliefs that you find are no longer healthy for the person that you are today
  • Finding true clarity and open into the experience of deep, lasting peace and fulfilment.
  • Accessing your boundless potential, the innate wisdom of your being.
  • Changing behavioural patterns which you find are preventing you from living your life`s potential
  • Freeing yourself from phobias.
  • Freeing yourself from core fears
  • Freeing yourself from your Ego where it is no longer healthy.

For a designer journey a private session normally will take between 2 to 2.5 hours, for the shorter journey meditations a private session will be about 1 to 1.5 hours.

It is advisable to have time after the session to nurture yourself and relax. If you have any further questions please feel free to email or to call.

Testimonials
“I used to hate myself. I was imagining that I am not worthy to live in this world. I did not trust myself; hence I knew that I was the ‘ugliest’ girl in the school and the stupidest one. I kept hiding from others. I did not want to talk to them because I knew that they would laugh at me and even insult me. So I was afraid of my classmates and even the friends that I had in those days I was sad and did not live a happy life and the best solution to me was to hang myself or take the poison so that I could die easily. When I was introduced to the Journey process, my life changed and I accepted the kind of human being I am. I also started counting myself as being worthy to live in this world as others do. Today, I trust myself and I normally find that life is easy. I am free and live a happy life and I am happy about myself as about my friends too. Thank you for making me know who I am. What I have to say is that the Journey process has to be extended to others in institutions such as schools, colleges ect. I know that there are others who are in the same situation that I was in.” S.
Otieno, 19 years, Dandora

“The Journey has helped me to pass my exam. Although before I had no hope, when I had done the Journey processes, I felt like someone who was able to change life to the better and even at school teachers did not expect my performance but realized that the Journey process is the better of all the things in the world. Before the Journey, I hated my school work but now I love it and do so much better than other days. Before I started the Journey I was shy and had no patience, but now I can relate to anyone and I am patient. I am a better person.” Valentine, 13 years, Kangemi

“Since I started or rather got introduced to the Journey process, I have experienced quite some remarkable changes. At first I didn’t notice the changes but soon they became evident. I am now able to relate to people more easily and in a more understandable manner. I have come to understand the uniqueness that each individual poses and how our interactions are affected by our differences. The Journey has further made me more aware of myself. It has opened my eyes to the hitherto unknown potential that lay or were available to me. It has made me appreciate my own self worth.”
