How often would I go for coaching?
The answer to this depends on your goals and what you want to achieve. Some clients go away very satisfied after just 2-3 sessions. Other clients prefer to come once a week/fortnight over a period of a few months as they set themselves and achieve new targets. Former clients often return when they need to explore a new issue that has cropped up or they have a key event coming up.
