Qi Gong describes any ancient Chinese exercise forms that combine gentle movement and deep breathing to activate the ‘Qi’ in your Body, as well as quiet the Mind and promote healing. Qi Gong, helps Qi flow, and thereby helps you achieve a state of calmness and peacefulness at the level of Mind and Body. T’ai Chi is used to guide the Body’s Qi for the purpose of martial arts. Today T’ai Chi is also practiced as a slow movement meditation, much like Qi Gong.
