There are many yoga classes in Nairobi. There are also many yoga sytles and traditions that are currently being taught and practiced in Nairobi. Whilst there are yoga teachers and yoga teachers, we advice that you find out more about the teacher, her/his teaching experience, her/his qualification and how Yoga has helped her/him. It is important to take responsibility for your body and your mind by making a conscious choice if a teacher or a particular style of yoga is suitable for you or not. Yoga is not about touching your toes, but its about the process that take you there.
Once you have decided on your yoga teacher and your yoga class, we suggest that you give Yoga a chance by being regular with your classes. Commitment is crucial. If you keep digging many holes to find water, you will never find the water. By changing, going and not going to your yoga classes, you will never experience the true essence of Yoga and what it can do for you.
